A black lab presses her nose against the side of a woman's face. The woman has short hair and is wearing sunglasses.Hey there, I’m Krystal, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to my little corner of Caroline’s world! My main gig? Helping Caroline tackle those background tasks so she can give you her undivided attention.

From furry friends like cats and dogs to the more exotic crew of reptiles, birds, and mustelids, pets have always brought immense joy to my life. And trust me, I wouldn’t trade those experiences for anything!

Before my adventure in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, I worked as a Medical Office Assistant at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. But when life led me to the Wetaskiwin Animal Clinic, I jumped at the chance to dive into the world of animal health—a job I absolutely loved. Though my dream of becoming an Animal Health Technologist didn’t pan out due to a cat bite mishap, my passion for all things dogs has always burned bright.

Fast forward to today, where I find myself in the wonderfully unexpected role of helping Caroline with her business. Life’s thrown a few curveballs my way, leading to the closure of my own business. But hey, when one door closes, another opens, right?

And let me tell you, the journey to finding my service dog, Tzila, has been nothing short of remarkable. Caroline’s been a guiding light throughout, helping Tzila transform into the confident, loving companion she is today.

Now, I’m here to lend Caroline a hand with the nitty-gritty paperwork stuff. It’s not exactly hospital admin, but hey, it’s something I’m pretty darn good at! And by freeing up Caroline’s time, she can focus on what she does best—helping you achieve your dog training dreams.

So, if you’re ready to embark on an unforgettable journey with your furry friend, let’s make it happen together. Oh, and be sure to give Tzila a follow on Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok—she’s quite the character!
